Alumni

In October 2019 the constituent meeting of the AIAT Alumni Association took place with 18 former students. The main purpose of the association is, apart from the opportunity to exchange information, to inspire and support the current AIAT students in their efforts. It is also an opportunity to update one’s knowledge and skills in advanced courses. In this way, the alumni support AIAT in its growth and strategies.

Awards

Project work

On 28th April 2017 AIAT won second place in the Science Exhibition Project/Pondicherry State level competition with its solar lamp project. The trophy was presented by the Labour Dept. Officer, Pondicherry.

Sports

AIAT students actively take part at district and state level sports competitions. 2020 our students have been awarded 1st prize in shot put, 400 m runner high jump, Football and Volleyball; 3rd prize in 1600 m runner and long jump.

Hygiene and Sanitation

AIAT has received the Hygiene Award from the Auroville Health Centre from 2017 to 2018 and 2018 to 2019
