Valedictory function of the "CSR English and Communication class for ITI students"
After 8 weeks the 24.9.19 was the last day for 40 AIAT students, who were undergoing English and communication class sponsored by Grace Infrastructure as part of the CSR activities. It was an opportunity to present the sponsors, the skills the students had learned over 40 days of training.
The management team of the sponsor lead by the GM Shri Dwivedi, Shrimati Mamta Sharma CSR consultant to Grace, Thiru Velmurugan, Head of Forging and Thiru Nagarathinam, Head of HR and the management team of AIAT appreciated the progress achieved in Englisch communication by the students. The best performers were awarded and celebrated.
The trainees welcomed the delegation of the sponsors and were encouraged to raise questions, 4 trainees were courageous to put questions to the sponsor's team regarding time management, becoming unique individual, and how to identify the right opportunity. Their questions were answered by Shri Dwivedi, Shrimati Sharma, Mr. Velmurugan, Thiru Nagarathinam, Shri Lavkamad Chandra and others.
The training was conducted by Inspire and designed by Shri Jesudass in close consultation with Grace. The trainers Shrimati Vaisnavi und Deepa conducted the training.
It was supervised by Shrimati Sharma and Velmurugan from Grace and by Mrs. Angelika Kolb, head of Pedagogic for AIAT.
Mr. Velmurugan said self-discipline and setting clear and achievable goals and "give your best" are the keys to success in life and he drew attention to the need for time management in a company.
Mr. Chandra added "be original, learn from others, but don't copy them. Respect others - be yourself".
Q.: How to use opportunity?
Mr. Jesudass told to follow LSN, it means "Learn Some thing New".
Mrs. Sharma said that it is good to look at the opportunities and think about them and that she learns something very new every year.
Mr. Jesudass said that all the students were doing well but seven did better than others therefore to be awarded:
1. Pradeep/over all performance. 2. Suriya Prakash. 3. Venkatesan. 4. Nirmal. 5. Bharath. 6. Elango. 7. Ramesh.
Feedback from trainees on this English & communication training: The trainee Mr. Yuvaraj told that after this English lesson he started to stand in front of the mirror and speak to himself to develop his speech. Trainee Mr. Velan said that he really admired this English lesson and told his parents about it, whereupon his mother came to school and expressed her devotion to the teacher. When the student talked about it, a few tears ran down his cheek. Is was so touching. The trainee Mr. Alain Sylvestre from the Welder course presented the final words of thanks in a smooth way.
The AIAT management thanks the Management of Grace Infrastructure to select AIAT as the pilot for their CSR program "English and communication skills for ITI" and other schools.
After this successful implementation of the pilot project the management of Grace Infrastructure has decided to continue with this program at AIAT and to sponsor the 2nd batch of 40 students beginning from November 2019.
AIAT management thanks Grace Infrastructure for sponsoring this training to AIAT trainees and to Inspire Training Center for the excellent realisation of the pilot project.
