On 30.8.2019 Shri R D Shrikanthjee Director Manufacturing Lenovo India Pvt. Ltd. and Shri Lavkamad Chandra correspondent of Auroville Institute of Applied Technology signed 2 MOU' under Dual System of Training. Shri Kavi Raj head of administration and HR and Shri Gajanan Aware Head of Production at Lenovo and Shri Alphonse VP Irumbai and Shri Ravi Shankar head of Information Technology at AIAT were present at this ceremony at AIAT.
Under these MOU 24 trainees of ICTSM (Information & Communication Technology System maintenance) and
6 of Electronic Mechanic would be trained for 4 to 5 months/year over 2 years at the production site of Lenovo
in Pondicherry plant.
